How do I find products?

Use Search, Category, Product listing, Discounted products, or Brand Directory to narrow products by keyword, category, price and stock.

How does SKU and cart work?

Choose product options and quantity on the detail page, then add to cart or buy now. Cart quantity changes are checked against available stock.

Checkout, address selection, simulated payment and order status tracking.

Is real payment connected?

No. Payment is simulated locally and writes order, wallet and admin ledger records for learning and testing.

Where can I request after-sales service?

Open Order Detail to submit return evidence. Admin order and content moderation pages can review the related records.

Profile, address book, coupons, wallet deposit/withdraw, VIP and security settings.

How are deposit and withdrawal handled?

Deposit and withdrawal create mock finance audits. Admin approval writes wallet transactions and changes the visible balance.

Can I change account security settings?

Login password, transaction password, safe word and account cancellation are available in Account Settings and user setup pages.
